My room was very clean, and every detail was clearly considered for a comfortable stay. The Duty manager ENSURED any issues I raised received IMMEDIATE attention. I appreciated the hospitality and plan to return during my next visit. The hotel's attention to detail really stood out to me.

The staff provided really good care, particularly for senior citizens. This ensured their needs were well met. the staff took great CARE of us, so we love to visit again. They were very friendly!

The check-in process was seamless and fast! The staff showed genuine warmth and provided assistance consistently throughout my stay. I stayed in a suite. It offered ample space, was well-kept, and comfortable. Breakfast included various choices, and the quality was excellent!
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait a few minutes for a treadmill.

the room was super clean, and the breakfast had many options. i also liked how fast the staff worked to make everything easy. waking up calls helped me not miss my plans.

the beautiful double room has two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very useful. mineral water was available without asking and i appreciate that. the room includes modern fixtures that are very stylish and convenient.

The food prepared by Chef Suyash Mishra and his team was excellent. We visited the hotel to celebrate an occasion and we were offered several menu options. The lal maas tasted fantastic with the bajra roti (I really enjoyed it!).
I was told that my room was upgraded, however, upon seeing the original ones I seriously felt it was a downgraded one. The view of the pool was not so good.
